Warranty Policy
At InflateO, we build these units to work for years, and we stand behind them. Every product we sell is covered by a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting the day it arrives. There is nothing to register and nothing to buy. The coverage is standard on every unit.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal, intended use. If a defect turns up inside the year, we evaluate it and make it right. We repair the unit, and if we cannot repair it, we replace it.
We pay the freight, both directions
Delivery to you is free anywhere in the contiguous US, and that includes the lift gate truck and residential delivery at no extra charge. If a defect is confirmed, shipping is on us in both directions. We send you a prepaid label to get the unit here, and we cover the cost of getting it back to you. You do not pay freight on a warranty claim.
What is not covered
Damage from misuse, improper setup, excessive wear and tear, accidents, alterations, or neglect. Using your inflatable on any surface other than grass without a protective tarp is considered improper use and voids the warranty. The warranty also does not extend to consumable parts or to non-InflateO branded products, which should be taken up with their original manufacturer.
How to make a claim
- Email us at harry@inflateo.com and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
- We send you a prepaid shipping label. Mark the RMA number clearly on the packaging.
- Our team inspects the unit and confirms the solution.
Please wait for your RMA number and your prepaid label before shipping anything. Items sent without an RMA number, or shipped freight collect, cannot be accepted.
Returns are separate
If you simply want to send a unit back rather than make a warranty claim, you have 30 days from delivery. The unit has to be unused and in its original packaging. Full details are on our Return Policy page.
