This is literally everything you need to put on a tent, table and chair setup. One 20x20 high peak frame tent, six 6ft rectangular tables and fifty commercial folding chairs. One package, one freight shipment, one price. Nothing else to buy and nothing missing on the morning of the event.
If you already run a rental business and you do not own tents, tables and chairs yet, this is the bundle to start with.
The booking you have been turning down
Every operator knows the call. They want the bounce house, and then they ask whether you also do the tent and the seating. Right now you say no, or you subrent it from somebody else at their margin and hope their gear shows up looking like yours.
This package ends that. The same truck that drops your inflatable drops the tent, the tables and the chairs, and the whole event goes on one invoice with your name on it.
What is in the package
-
1 x 20x20 High Peak Frame Tent, Cross Cable. 400 square feet of covered space, a 16 ft 9 in peak and an 8 ft eave. No center pole, so your floor plan stays open. 16 oz PVC coated polyester blockout top, waterproof, flame resistant, UV resistant and mold and mildew resistant. Aluminum frame. 326 lbs. Two people can put it up. SKU T100.
-
6 x 6ft Rectangular Folding Tables. Seats 6 to 8 each. High density polyethylene tops that wipe clean, steel frames that fold flat so a full trailer carries inventory instead of air.
-
50 x Commercial Folding Chairs. Molded plastic seats on reinforced powder coated steel frames, rated to 850 lbs each. No assembly, fold flat, stack for transport.
The numbers line up on purpose
A 20x20 tent seats about 40 guests at tables. Six 6ft tables seat 36 to 48. Fifty chairs covers it with spares for the ones that go missing at every event.
That is the part most people get wrong when they buy this gear piece by piece. They end up with a tent and not enough seating under it, or a pile of chairs and nothing to put them around. This package is sized as one setup.
Why this tent and not a cheaper one
Three different structures get sold as tents and the difference is most of the decision.
A pole tent is cheapest, but there are poles standing in the middle of the room and it needs deep staking. A standard frame tent clears the floor but gives you a low roof and the most parts to carry. This is a cross cable high peak: steel cables run corner to corner and a center mast pushes the peak up from above without ever touching the ground. You get the tall peak of a pole tent and the clear floor of a frame tent, with fewer parts than either.
It is also the easiest of the three to put up, and it needs no tools. The frame pins together by hand, the cables run corner to corner, and the mast lifts the peak from the middle. Two people who have done it a few times have it standing in about 15 minutes.
The top is 16 oz blockout. Blockout is the spec most listings skip and it is the one guests notice. Light does not pass through it, so you get real shade at a daytime event instead of a glow, and nobody watches shadows move across the roof.
What you save
Bought separately this is $3,498.94. The tent alone is $2,295, six tables at $58.99 is $353.94, and fifty chairs at the $17 pack rate is $850.
The package is $3,150. You keep $348.94, and the freight is already in the price.
Shipping
Free shipping nationwide, lift gate and residential delivery included at no surcharge. This moves by pallet freight and the carrier calls to arrange a delivery window, so make sure we have a phone number that somebody answers.
Inspect every pallet before you sign the delivery receipt and write any damage on it, because that is what protects a freight claim. Sidewalls for the tent are sold separately.
